Panaji, Apr 14: 'Aparanta', the biggest art exhibition in the state, is now open in the old Goa Medical College Building now known as the Heritage Buidling.

Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane inaugurated the exhibition which features art Works oby 24 different artists from Goa and across the Country and abroad.

Some of the promiment artists taking part are Pradeep Naik, Dr Subodh Kerkar, Siddharth Gosavi, Yolanda, Hanumant Kambli, Nirupa Naik, Shilpa Mayenkar Naik and others.

The exhibition showcases a variety of art works from landscapes to paintings, from craft to installation art and the like.

The exhibition will be open to public viewing until April 24, 2007.
