Rons Bantwal for Daijiworld News Network – Mumbai

Mumbai, Aug 17: The Dharma Sanskriti Pratisthana, Mumbai, organized “Mosaru Kudike’ for the first time, with various religious, cultural and folk programmes at Irla, Andheri (W) here, on Wednesday August 16.

Shree Sugunendratheerta Shreepadangala of Udupi Puthige Math lit the traditional lamp and blessed the occasion.

The religious meet was presided over by Sudhir R L Shetty, president, Dharma Sanskriti Foundation. Laxminarayana Munchithaya made the welcome speech.  Vishwanath J Shetty Kalathuru, rendered the felicitation speech. Ashok Pakkala compered the programme.

Dr Suresh Rao, president, Bombay South Kanara Brahmins’ Association (BSKBA), Tonse Jayakrishna Shetty, co-founder, Jayashrikrishna Parisara Samiti, Sudhakar Shetty of Sahana Builders, P K Salian, president, Kulala Sangha, Mumbai, G T Acharya, president, Vishwakarma Association, Mumbai, N C Shetty, president, JAVAB, Kaodialbail Vijaya Kumar Shetty, Elluru Saninje, businessman and social worker, Shri Govindamurthy of Adamar Math, Ramesh Shetty, leader, BJP youth leader, Dinesh Shetty Kaup, Suresh Bhandari and Radhakrishna Bhat of Jogeshwari Math were present as guests of honour.  

Prizes were distributed to children who won the ‘Muddu Balakrishna’ fancy dress competition, organized by Kulala Pratisthana, Mangalore.
