Hyderabad, Sep 30: The makers of director Badrappa Gajula's upcoming Telugu entertainer *Crazy Kalyanam*, starring Anupama Parameswaran in the lead, have announced that the film will hit theatres worldwide on October 30.

Production house Arrow Cinemas made the announcement on Wednesday while unveiling a promo for the film's second single, *Alasendravankole Unnave Pilla*.

The film has generated considerable interest among fans and film buffs following the release of its teaser recently.

The teaser introduces Keerthi, played by Anupama, and her affectionate father, portrayed by Dr Naresh. He is seen enthusiastically discussing his daughter's wedding and promising to organise it on a grand scale, including buying her as much gold and as many sarees as she wants and inviting all her friends.

The teaser also shows Naresh's character proudly boasting about his younger daughter, including her ability to speak English. Like any father, he is keen to find a suitable groom for her and even gets into an argument with his brother over a prospective alliance.

His happiness increases when his brother reveals that the prospective groom prefers Keerthi over his own daughter.

However, Keerthi appears to have a strong-willed personality of her own. In one scene, she tells her grandmother, "Your son thinks he is the only stubborn person here. I have the very same blood running in my veins."

Another comic sequence shows Naresh praying that his brother gets a son-in-law who is even poorer than his elder son-in-law.

The teaser ends on a humorous note, with Keerthi throwing dried red chillies at a man sleeping on a cot. The man reacts by saying, "Whoever marries her is done for!"

The teaser promises a light-hearted family drama packed with humour and quirky characters.

*Crazy Kalyanam* marks Badrappa Gajula's directorial debut in Telugu cinema. Besides Anupama Parameswaran and Akhil Raj Uddemari, the film features Dr Naresh Vijayakrishna and Tharun Bhascker in key roles.

Shyam Dupati is the cinematographer, while Suresh Bobbili is composing the music. Badrappa Gajula has written the film, with the screenplay penned by Srinivasa Ravindra. Sai Kadhira is the art director and Srinivasa Dora is the co-director.

Shravan Katikaneni is handling the editing, while Gayathri Devi has designed the costumes. Eshwar Penti has choreographed the dance sequences and Dragon Prakash has handled the action choreography.
