Jerusalem, Aug 6: A 20-year-old man was shot dead in northern Israel early Thursday, marking another fatal incident amid rising violence in the country's Arab community.
The victim, identified as Ayman Jaramna, a resident of Muqeible in the Gilboa region, sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the attack.

According to Magen David Adom (MDA), emergency teams received reports of the shooting at around 6 am. Paramedics provided emergency treatment at the scene before rushing Jaramna to HaEmek Hospital in Afula in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.
Israeli police have launched an investigation into the incident. No arrests have been reported, and the motive behind the shooting is yet to be established.
The killing came a day after another fatal shooting in the Arab town of Tayibe, where a 57-year-old man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds inside his vehicle.
Police believe that incident may have been linked to an ongoing blood feud. The victim's partner, social activist Susan Abd al-Qader Bashara, was also shot dead in a similar attack about a year and a half ago.
According to Israeli media reports, 158 people have been killed in violent incidents in the Arab community since the beginning of the year, highlighting growing concerns over the escalating crime wave.
