Kundapur: Youth goes missing after leaving home to collect college transfer certificate

Kundapur, Jul 17: A 23-year-old youth who left home saying he was going to his college to collect his Transfer Certificate (TC) has been reported missing. A case has been registered at the Kundapur Police Station.

The missing youth has been identified as Suhas (23), a resident of Salar Bettu in Uppinakudru village. According to the complaint lodged by his family, Suhas left his house at around 9 am on July 13, stating that he was going to the college to collect his Transfer Certificate. However, he did not return home.

Family members initially searched for him and made enquiries with relatives and friends, but were unable to trace his whereabouts. They later approached the police and filed a missing person complaint.

Police said Suhas is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and was last seen wearing a purple shirt and black trousers.

A case has been registered at the Kundapur Police Station, and further investigation is underway.
