Kundapur, Apr 15: The Annual Day celebrations for the academic year 2025–26 of Moodlakatte College of Physiotherapy, IMJ College of Allied Health Sciences, and Moodlakatte Institute of Paramedical Sciences were held with great enthusiasm and grandeur.
The event was formally inaugurated by dignitaries through the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The chief guest, Dr G Arun Maiya, dean of MCHP College, MAHE Manipal, graced the occasion. In his address, he appreciated the remarkable growth of the IMJ institutions at Moodlakatte and lauded the efforts of chairman Siddharth J Shetty, along with the management and staff. He also commended the achievements of students across various fields.

The guest of honour, Dr Priyadarshini, medical director of Harsha Modern Diagnostic Centre, Mangaluru, encouraged students to make the most of the golden opportunities available to serve society. She emphasized that innovation and sustainability are key factors in professional success.
The programme was attended by several distinguished members, including dean Dr Padmacharan Swain, MITK principal Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, principal of IMJ Allied Health and Paramedical Sciences Hemalatha, vice principal Soujanya, and programme coordinator Chitra.
Prizes were distributed to students who excelled in academic, cultural, and sports competitions. The event concluded with vibrant cultural performances by students. Teachers, invited guests, parents, and students were present in large numbers, making the celebration a memorable occasion.
