Udupi, Mar 8: Marking another milestone in the rapidly growing real estate landscape of Udupi–Manipal, Archana Projects unveiled its much-anticipated luxury residential complex 'Archana Signature' at MGM–Budnar Main Road, opposite MGM College, on March 6.
The project was inaugurated by Rotary International District 3182 governor and founder of Chirantana School, Hassan, Rtn K Palaksha, who cut the ribbon and inaugurated the rooftop infinity swimming pool.

Engineer Amit Aravind, partner of Archana Projects, welcomed the gathering. In his introductory note, he explained that the project, built on one acre of land, comprises 46 luxury apartments in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, ranging from 1,320 sq ft to 3,650 sq ft. The building consists of a ground floor plus 11 floors, with only four corner flats on each floor to ensure privacy. He stated that the project was completed on schedule and emphasized that the firm focuses on timely delivery and uncompromised quality.
Amit Aravind further informed that another project, Archana Grand Kanak, is in its final stage of construction and is expected to be inaugurated in December. The company’s upcoming project, Archana Skyline, will begin soon. He also announced special discounts for customers who book flats before March 31.
