Mangaluru: Scooter hits electric pole near Kinya; two medical students injured

Mangaluru, Feb 17: In a shocking accident near Kinya in Ullal taluk on Monday evening, a scooter lost control and collided with an electric pole, leaving two students injured.

The injured, identified as medical students hailing from Vijayapura and Bagalkote, sustained injuries in the mishap.

The force of the impact reportedly snapped the electric pole. 

Both the rider and pillion passenger received injuries, though no formal police complaint has been registered regarding the incident so far.
