Udupi, Dec 22: Image Icon, a luxury residential complex developed by Image Address Builders and Developers, was inaugurated on Sunday, December 21, near Shri Shambukallu Temple at Udyavara.

Block A was inaugurated by Rajesh Sherigar, general manager of the Badagubettu Cooperative Society, while Block B was inaugurated by Mohammed Maula, president of the Udupi district Muslim Federation, by cutting the ribbon. This was followed by a formal inaugural ceremony, which was inaugurated by entrepreneur K Suresh Prabhu by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

Speaking on the occasion, K Suresh Prabhu said that achievements are possible with self-confidence and determination. He noted that the apartment complex has been built on the outskirts of the city with modern amenities. Flats are available at concessional rates, and he expressed hope that the institution would become the No. 1 organisation in the district.

Rajesh Sherigar said that the building has been constructed without any compromise on quality and that Image organisation is offering flats at very attractive prices. He added that it is special that flats of the same quality as those in Udupi city are now available in this area as well.

Mohammed Maula said that devotion to God, firm determination, honesty and hard work are essential for success. He expressed hope that the institution would come up with more projects in the coming days.

Legal advisor Ganesh Mattu said that this is the sixth building of the Image organisation. He expressed happiness that the building was completed ahead of schedule within the year. He added that the Udyavara area is developing rapidly and that it is a matter of pride that good-quality flats are being built at affordable prices.
