Mangaluru, Dec 14: St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, has announced the notable academic achievements of its alumnae Neeksha Gowda (2022–2025 batch) and Pratheeksha D’Souza (2021–2024 batch), who have successfully cleared both parts of the Certified Management Accountant (CMA – USA) examination, one of the most globally respected professional qualifications in management accounting and strategic financial management.
Neeksha Gowda, hailing from Kalasa in Chikkamagaluru district, demonstrated consistent academic excellence by clearing Part 1 – Financial Planning, Performance and Analytics of the CMA examination with a score of 72 per cent (360/500). She further strengthened her professional credentials by clearing Part 2 – Strategic Financial Management with an impressive score of 78 per cent (390/500). She is the daughter of Sadashiva and Sunitha.
Pratheeksha D’Souza, from Mangaluru, showcased commendable performance by clearing Part 1 – Financial Planning, Performance and Analytics of the CMA examination with a score of 76 per cent (380/500) and Part 2 – Strategic Financial Management with a score of 78 per cent (390/500), reflecting strong analytical capability and strategic financial acumen. She is the daughter of Peter D’Souza and Philomena D’Souza.
The accomplishments of both alumnae are attributed to their dedication and perseverance, along with the academic support provided through the strategic collaboration between St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, and Miles Education, Bengaluru, aimed at equipping students with globally relevant professional competencies.
In addition, Riza J M of the 2021–2024 batch has successfully cleared Part 2 – Strategic Financial Management of the CMA (USA) examination, highlighting the academic support offered through the CMA programme at the college.
