Kundapur, Dec 10: The MBA department of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, organized a special workshop on the theme ‘Awaken the Superhero in You’ on December 5.

The session was conducted by Ramani Venkath, sales strategic consultant and mentor to start-ups, who served as the resource person for the programme. Addressing the students, he emphasized that every individual carries a superhero within, but many fail to recognize their strengths due to self-doubt and negative thinking.

Through real-life examples and interactive activities, he helped students understand how they typically react to challenges, the common mistakes they make, and the practical ways to overcome them. His session aimed at boosting confidence, improving decision-making and encouraging students to unlock their hidden potential.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr S N Bhat, director – academics, who urged students to make the best use of such learning opportunities to shape their personal and professional growth.

At the valedictory ceremony, Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, principal of MIT Kundapur, appreciated the enthusiasm shown by the students, noting that they actively participated from morning till evening.

The event was attended by Dr Suchitra Poojary, head of the MBA department, along with other faculty members.

Shambhavi compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
