Mangaluru, Aug 5: Daijiworld.com has announced the date for its silver jubilee finale event, which will be held on February 14, 2026, in Mangaluru. The venue will be announced at a later date.

This year, Daijiworld.com is organizing a series of events to commemorate its silver jubilee in media excellence. The Konkani chapter of the celebrations has already concluded with a grand Konkani musical show.

Founded by Walter Nandalike on January 14, 2001, originally as www.daijidubai.com, Daijiworld was created with the aim of relaying news from the Konkan coast to the global diaspora. It was later rebranded as www.daijiworld.com and transformed into a full-fledged media house in 2007.

As of June 2025, Daijiworld.com has established itself as one of the leading digital media platforms in the region, attracting nearly 6,00,000 unique daily visitors from over 180 countries.
