Daijiworld Media Network – Beltangady Beltangady, July 31: In connection with the investigation into the alleged burial of multiple bodies in the Dharmasthala region, nine additional police personnel have been deputed to the Special Investigation Team (SIT), following the earlier appointment of three senior officers and 20 personnel. As per orders issued by DG & IGP Dr M A Saleem on July 30, these police officials have been instructed to report to the SIT with immediate effect until further notice. They are as follows: PSI Lawrence from Uppinangady police station HC Puneeth from CEN police station HC Manohar from Uppinangady police station PC Manoj from Vittal police station PC Sandeep from Punjalkatte police station PC Lokesh from Udupi CSP police station HC Satish Naik from Honnavar police station HC Jayaramegowda and HC Balakrishna Gowda from Mangaluru FMS unit The SIT continues its operations under intensified scrutiny as the high-profile case develops.
