Mangaluru, May 6: A fire broke out this afternoon in a flat located near the entrance of the Kudroli temple in Mangaluru. The incident occurred on the third floor of a five-storey residential building here.

The cause of the fire is suspected to be a short circuit. Fortunately, no one was present inside the affected flat at the time of the incident.
