Bahrain, May 6: Renowned scholar and philanthropist Nadoja Dr G Shankar recently visited the Kannada Sangha Bahrain following his participation in the 20th anniversary of Mogaveers Bahrain. He was accompanied by esteemed guests, including Mogaveers president Shilpa Shamith Kundar, and was warmly received by Kannada Sangha president Amaranath Rai and executive committee members at the Kannada Bhavana.
The guests were given a tour of the Bhavana facilities.
Dr Shankar expressed profound appreciation for the Kannada Bhavana, highlighting Sangha's role as a beacon of cultural heritage for Kannadigas residing abroad. He commended the community's unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in maintaining their linguistic and cultural identity amidst the diverse multicultural landscape of Bahrain.
