If they are Congress workers or members, then better cancel their memberships and keep them out for 6 years. Police will take action according to the rules.

I really doubt this is true. Except for some people who hoisted Pak flag in Haveri in 2012, I don't see anyone else having love for Pakistan. Congress must have decided to put some people under the bus as they don't know how to fight ideologically. Moreover if u observe legally, all the charges of sedition wil fall flat as I don't think it is a sedition to chant praise of any other nation. Morally it is wrong though. I don't think in our constitution Pakistan is an enemy nation as even PM Modi has landed to Pakistan uninvited out of love and respect for their PM Nawaz sharief. Sedition charges will be upheld in cases like some nagpur scientist who shared secrets to Pakistani female raw agent. Not by allegedly shouting Pakistan zindabad

I guess they became emotional after they saw one of them securing seat in the Rajya Sabha that their Pakistaniyat came out in the open. They forgot that they are MLAs of a house governed by Constitution of India about which, just 2 nights ago, Siddu was eloquently promoting. Siddu might want to promote the constitution to his own party members first. Really wondering what is that which excites these Congress members that Pakistan which is not only enemy country but also speaks language of Congress party. I hope the electorates will take note of these uncontrolled emotions when they caste vote next time.

It is a great wonder why some people's hearts beat so much for the enemy nation?... If they so much love the "holiest' land on earth why don't they apply for migration to their ideal country?... But they will be treated as second grade residents there same like how third world expats were treated in Saudi some time back... Severe punishment with hard labor must be imposed on the fellows...

Fully agree with you Sir. Why should we even mention that country's name. That country is in doldrums and in no way comparable to our great nation. Our country would have done far better but for the rampant corruption, though according to the central govt, corruption is totally abolished...believing that is equal to that Jindabad in Vidhanasouda and Mandya. In my view going to eat Biriyani there uninvited and telling Jinnah is secular and shouting P Jindabad are all crimes and they should be sent to that country for ever.
