1. Pizza & Bakery Chef
• 2 – 4 + years of experience in a hotel or recognised restaurant, preferably with an Italian or Continental cuisine background.
• Hands-on knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, kneading, proofing, shaping and baking pizzas and breads.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality, follow standardised recipes, manage inventory and control food costs.
2. Continental Chef
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Continental cuisine, particularly European cooking styles, techniques and plating.
• Ability to manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining consistent taste and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
For both roles, candidates should be comfortable working independently, handling busy service hours and working evening shifts. We value teamwork, attention to detail and a willingness to improve based on feedback.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Location: Mangalore
