Colourful Emotions

Colourful Emotions

Fingers clasped and eyes closed dreaming of entering a world of imagination

Different emotions experienced reassure the truth of our existence

Feeling of uncertainty teaches us to embrace the moment

Taking life as it comes and living every day as it seems a never ending joy.

It won’t take long until this joy seizes to exist when we stop experiencing our existence

We stop believing in our identity and deceive our emotions in the quest for eternal glory.

Success does not seem to show its way but believe it will once shine as the rising sun,

With belief and hope we continue to live this dream.

In passage of life we often forget our past and live as if there was no tomorrow,

Letting loose the emotions that wander in search of understanding.

Failing to acknowledge that relationship begin to loosen up,

Gathering broken emotions is a challenge then faced.

Striving to rebuild relations that have long faded, with a hope of light at the end of the tunnel

Time has moved swiftly and the remains are just memories, often leaving us alone.

The rise of dawn strikes the realization of colorful emotions hidden deep inside us,

Making us wonder if it was worth the struggle that blossom colourless flowers in the garden.

The journey has been that of a bird that has wings but not able to fly,

Is that of a king who has won the battle but failed to win the heart of his subjects.

Emotions do not lie and it is a reflection of our true self,

Embracing the truth makes the journey easy and keeps us alive,

Acceptance is a statement of our willingness to live life filled with colourful emotions.
