    We need to provide inbuilt Car Parks at least Basement plus min 2 floors .. self-supporting.
    while every inch of space is used.
    Mangalore has to have SMART. Landmark. Iconic structures.
    clean. .neat..
    geat construction quality..
    good finishing..
    Pastel tone or exterior shades.
    Every detail is taken care of.
    Use good quality construction materials..
    lots of Bricks: stones: wood.. Antique metal.
