As these 20 MLA's have refused to serve their constituents they should be permanently suspended and need to be replaced. Election Commission of India should replace these 20 MLA's by the candidates who lost with highest votes in each of these constituency. Then BJP would acquire absolute majority by default, the government would last it's full term.

Keeping party politics aside, It was an interesting debate which I saw live on YOYO TV. By and large, The Karnataka MLA's in the assembly were dignified, good orators; a definite plus to India's democracy.

DKS tried to controle Jarkiholi brothers in their home place. From here cold war started with in congress which led expell of Ramesh Jarkiholi and inclusion of Sathish Jarkiholi to cabinet of CoJa govt.

Ex. CM Kumaraswamy listened DKS as he was strong and Sathish Jarkiholi was with him.

Open fight started between Ramesh Jarkiholi supported by Sathish Jarkiholi & DKS.

The coalition of Congress-JD(S) majority government is the direct result of subversive act played by the Supreme Court of India.
Instead of respecting voters mandate Court overlooked it for MLA’s resignation from the ruling majority. The SC ruling is par against the constitution of India and Anti-Defection law. The ruling in favor only encouraged the ‘horse-trading’ become new norms Indian democracy.

I t is unfortunate to say that the Supreme Court of India doesn’t care of the ‘Democracy Elected by the people’s mandate’.
Is subverting Democracy by the mean of money, muscle, and interference of central government institutions are legitimate?

Why Yeddi is in a hurry and hungry for power. Its premature to go for a trust vote at this juncture pending outcome of speakers summons to rebel MLAs and SC proceedings tomorrow.

Floor test or no floor test, put the state under President's Rule and let the voters have another chance to vote for a stronger government . The current situation is no answer to the need for governance , which will continue to be in a state of neglect as the entire focus would continue to be on 'retaining the flock together by bribings, resort stays and appeasing each other among the MLAs of the Alliance parties...Karnataka is clearly doomed till the next elections in the state. The only silver li nng is the formation of BJP government even if it is by a small margin of majority....the state would atleast have a better coordintion with Centre that way else the tussle would carry on and the Centre would have no control on the corrupt alliance whose only objective to loot and exploit power.
