SHARP unveils printer line-up, LCD displays in India


New Delhi, May 16 (IANS): The Indian subsidiary of Japanese company SHARP Corporation on Thursday launched a new line-up of seven mid-to-high-volume Mono Multifunction Printers (MFPs) with multi-layered security features to ensure data privacy.

Targeting large work groups and corporates to facilitate high-volume printing and scanning requirements, the A3 MFP line-up include MX-M5050, MX-M6050, MX-M4070, MX-M5070, MX-M6070, MX-M6570 and MX-M7570 printers.

"We are proud to offer our new family of mono MFPs, built on a single-engine design that will empower businesses of every size to choose the performance and features they need," said Shinji Minatogawa, Managing Director, SHARP Business Systems, India.

The printers fall within the price range of Rs 3,95,000 to Rs 9,25,000 and support mobile technologies including Apple, AirPrint, Android Print Service and Google Cloud Print.

Alongside the MFPs, the company has also launched its 4K Ultra-HD resolution commercial LCD display line with 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 86-inch commercial displays.

The commercial LCD display line-up is priced between Rs 1,14,000 to Rs 9,93,000.

The new offerings are available for purchase via authorised SHARP dealers and direct sales, said the company.
