Dubai, Nov 6: The Leader is a person who leads or commands a group of people, an organization or a country. Successful leaders often inspire their people in the process of directing, influencing or motivating to accomplish the stated organizational objectives.
Leadership style is the manner and approach through which leaders provide direction and motivate people, which is a key determinant of the success or failure of any organization. Leadership is a critical management skill with an ability to encourage group of people towards common goals, which along the way also focuses on the development of followers and their needs.

About the Speakers:
Ashish Panjabi
Ashish Panjabi is the Chief Operating Officer for UAE’s Jacky’s Group of Companies and is currently running Jacky’s Business Solutions, the group’s end-to-end solutions provider for major companies and organizations in the region seeking efficient and effective visitor management, banking and graphics solutions. Under his leadership, Jacky’s Business Solutions has partnered with the leaders in the 3D printing landscape.
As a testament of his achievements, Ashish has a number of accolades under his belt, including the ‘Young Asian Achievers’ award in 2011 from Xponent Media, the ‘Retail Leadership Award’ from the Asian Retail Leadership Awards 2012 and the Young Business Achiever (Male) Award from Ahlan Masala in 2015. Ashish is currently a Charter Member, Board Member and Membership Director for the UAE Chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur). TiE is a nonprofit venture devoted to entrepreneurs in all industries, at all stages, from incubation, throughout the entrepreneurial lifecycle. With a global reach and a local focus, the heart of TiE efforts lies in its five foundational programs, – Mentoring, Networking, Education, Funding, and Incubation.
A resourceful speaker, Ashish has also been invited in several forums and exhibitions to speak on consumer retail industry, technology trends and consumer behavior in the Middle East. Ashish holds a Bachelor in Science with specialization in Finance, Investments and Economics from Babson College, USA. He has also attended executive education programs at the London Business School, Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and is a graduate from the EO Leadership Academy.
Ronald Olivera
Ronald Olivera is a Talent Management Consultant and Assessment Specialist, helping various companies in assessing their talent pool and assisting in turnaround strategies. He is an internationally awarded Public Speaker and esteemed Guest Speaker/trainer/mentor/coach, who has successfully conducted several workshops/seminars for various schools/corporates/ mid-sized organizations in the Middle East & India and is a sought-after Master of Ceremonies for Corporate/Cultural Events.
He is a member of Toastmasters International (since 1992), a worldwide organization which fosters communication and leadership skills. A Champion for four consecutive years in various public speaking contests in Gulf Region and the only toastmaster in the entire Gulf Region to achieve this feat. The second-place winner of the "International Taped Speech Contest-1997 & 2003" and third place winner in "International Taped Speech Contest-2002" held in California, USA and the only toastmaster in the world to win 3 awards in International Taped Speech contests. In addition to many successful sales &technical seminars, speech crafts and Youth Leadership Programs, Ronald has delivered guest lectures for many reputed organizations. He also coaches individuals on Public Speaking, Leadership and Presentation Skills.
He has been a Contest Chairperson/Chief Judge/Judge for more than 300 speech competitions in various levels in several organizations and educational institutions. He also has the unique recognition of anchoring a single cultural event in five languages and is a prolific writer with more than 200 stories/articles published in various magazines.
