Udupi: Shree Veeramaruthi Vyayama Shaale celebrates Independence Day

Udupi, Aug 16: Shree Veeramaruthi Vyayama Shaale, Vishnu Murthy Nagara celebrated the 72nd Independence Day with great joy.

Sanath Kumar Shetty hoisted the tricolour flag and addressed the gathering.

A short film on Indian soldiers named ‘Indian Army’ was released on the occasion. Also books were distributed to poor students.

Prakyath Shetty, president, Shree Veeramaruthi Vyayama Shaale presided over the programme. Dayanand Shetty, Sumith, Harish, Ashok Kotian, Madhu Sudhan, Prasad Palan, Sandeep Palan, Raghav Shetty, and others were present.

Anil Palan welcomed the gathering and compered the programme.
