Mangaluru, Aug 13: The feast of St Clare was celebrated at adoration monastery on August 11.
The festive mass celebrated Fr Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, bishop of Mangaluru along with new bishop-elect Msgr Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Fr Manohar D’Souza and the devotees.
After the mass, Fr Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza was felicitated for his 22 years of service as bishop at Mangaluru diocese. The bishop-elect was also felicitated.
A three-day retreat was conducted from August 8 to 10 in preparation for the feast. Fr Joel Lobo and team organised the retreat. Many devotees participated in the event.
