Mumbai: Prasad Hari Shetty, Shilpa D Shetty crowned Mister, Miss Karavali

Mumbai, Apr 11: A Mister and Miss Karavali 2018 beauty contest was held by Muniyal Udaya Krishnayya Shetty Charitable Trust, a dream project of Rudra Entertainment organization fashion choreographer Sannidh Poojary in association with Kannada welfare Society Ghatkoper.

The grand finale was held after several rounds on April 8 at Kurla east Bantara Bhavan Radhabhai T Bhandary auditorium. Prasad Hari Shetty and Shilpa D Shetty were crowned Mister and Miss Karavali 2018.

Programme sponsor Udaya Krishnayya Shetty Charitable Trust founder president Muniyal Udaya K Shetty presented the awards to the winners. Namita Udaya Shetty couple and Ashmitha Udaya Shetty crowned and congratulated them.



Mister Karavali Prasad Shetty is the son of Surathkal, Mangaluru residents Hari M Shetty and Udupi Kadekaru Mallika M Shetty and stays at Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Miss Karavali Shilpa is the daughter of Yerlapadi, Nadibettu residents Diwaker Shetty and Bantwal Vamadapadavu Kedike resident Yashodha D Shetty and stays at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Prashanth Kumar Poojary Dombivli was Mister Karvali first runner up and Sagar S Bangera Goregaon was declared second runner up. Deeksha Kotian C Thane was Miss Karavali first runner up and Nidhi M Shetty Mira Bhayandar second runner up. Rithesh Kotian was awarded Mister Internet popular award, Roopesh Shetty best hair, Sai Kiran Shetty, best walk. Jai Kiran Rai Mister Fresh face, Ninad Shetty Mister Intellect, Krithesh Ameen Best Style, Vinod Poojary Best Physique, Divya Shetty Miss Internet popular, Chaitra Shetty Miss Fresh face, Roshni Shetty Miss best catwalk, Sreya Salian Best Smile, Priyanka Salian Pune Best Hair, Shradha Shetty Miss perfect Ten and Dr Kashmitha Poojary won Miss Intellect prize.

Federation of Global Bunts Association president Aikala Harish Shetty, Bunts Sangha Mumbai president Padmanabha S Payyade, honorary chief secretary CA Sanjiva Shetty, joint secretary Mahesh S Shetty, Bantara Sangha Jnana Mandira Committee executive president Ravindranath M Bhandary, Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha Maharashtra president Chandrashekar Palethady, Vastu expert Pandith Navinchandra R Sanil, Katthalekone film heroine Henika Rao, Billavara Association Mumbai vice president Raja V Salian, youth wing president Nilesh Poojary Palemar, Kannada Welfare Society Ghatkoper president Innabalike Navin Shetty and office bearers were present. Pramodini Shetty, Rockey Uchil and Sradha Bangera were the judges.

The programme began with invocation to Lord Ganesh by Shilpika Salian, Nishmitha Kotian and Sneha Salian. Deepak Shetty and Nithesh Kumar Marnad compered the competition programme. Ashok Pakkala welcomed everyone and compered the hall programme. Sannid Poojary delivered the introduction and thanked the gathering. Artiste Lathesh M Poojary and party along with magic troupe presented the musical programme and dances.
