Karkala: ASI Rosario D’Souza promoted as SI of Ajekar police station

Karkala, Feb 1: Assistant sub-inspector Rosario D’Souza has been promoted as police sub-inspector and posted at Ajekar police station as on January 30.

Rosario joined the police department in 1984 and began his service at Mangaluru traffic North police station. He then served at Kota, Padubidri, Brahmavar, and Udupi police stations.

He also worked as assistant sub-inspector with Udupi and Byndoor District Crime Intelligence Bureau (DCIB).

Rosario was conferred with the chief minister gold medal in 2015.
