Mangaluru, Oct 23: 'Aurum', a residential complex by Citadel Developers was inaugurated at Pinto's Lane, Bejai here on Monday October 23.
Prakash Salian and Ashok Kumar D K, the local corporators inaugurated the building complex by lighting the lamp. Sachitha Shantharam, the landowner and Sandeep K, Ajith Kumar K P, Ram Kumar Bekal, the partners of Citadel Developers were present on the dais.
On behalf of the land owners, Venu, a family member, said, "I know this place since my childhood. It was filled with trees and paddy fields. We as children had played various games around this area. But as part of development and transformation the area has changed and now it has become the most precious plot of the city. Transformation is a part of our life. We cannot stop this. Today 'Aurum' is the symbol of transformation. Citadel Developers has always been known for their dedication and perfection. Today I congratulate them and wish all success in their upcoming projects. At the same time my special wishes to all residents who are going to reside in this 'Aurum'."
Praveen and Manjari, the Architects of Saldanha & Associates were felicitated by the three partners and Suman and Meera, landowners. Architect Manjari said, "'Aurum' is a special project for us. Mangaluru is a fast developing city and vertically growing, and builders have contributed to the development of Mangaluru, with people also supporting them throughout. Structural engineer Anil Hegde of Vimal Anil Associates was also felicitated. He was pleased by the trend that Citadel has started by inviting the technical consultants to speak at a building inauguration. He spoke about the long association he has with Citadel and appreciated their insistence on technical perfection.
Owners and staff of MM Constructions, Sagar Electricals, Sureshh Electricals and The Planners were also felicitated.
The new flat owners of Aurum were presented mementos by the partners of Citadel along with Saritha and Jyothsna, landowners.
