Mangaluru, Jun 6: Team Inspiration Mangaluru and Amruta Sanjeevini marked World Environment Day at Government Womens Pre University College, Car street on Monday, June 5.

Bunder police station sub-inspector, Madan, planted a sapling and spoke on the significance of the day. "World Environment day must not just be refrained to one day but must be celebrated daily. Everyone must plant a sapling at least. This is our contribution to Earth."

J K Cement head, Premnath Shenoy, and  Government Womens Pre University College principal, Elvira Philomena, Higher primary school teacher Rajeevi K, Team Inspiration's members K R Shetty, Pramod, Sahil, Sailesh, Karthik, and Rakshit were present on occasion.
