Mangaluru May 20: 'Marian Promenade', a residential complex by Marian Projects Private Ltd was inaugurated by MUDA chairman Suresh Ballal at Kadri Kambala road here on Saturday May 20.
The apartment complex was blessed by Fr Maxim Nazreth of St Anne's Friary, Bejai.
Addressing the gathering, MUDA chairman Suresh Ballal said, "It is my privilege to inaugurate this beautiful residential apartment by Marian Projects. This apartment complex is their 16th project and so far I have laid foundation and inaugurated most of their projects. Mangaluru is included in the Smart City list and a lot of development works need to be done to get there. Mangaluru is a fast developing city and vertically growing, and builders have contributed to the development of Mangaluru, with people also supporting them throughout. I wish them all success for their future projects."
Marian team members who were involved in the construction of the building were honoured by corporator of Kodialbail ward Prakash B Salian. They were felicitated with mementos and certificates. Architects of the project M/s MR Consultancy Mangaluru, structural consultants M/s Roy & Shenoy, Mangaluru and MEP consultants Procon Tech Bengaluru were honoured during the occasion.
Rakshitha M Acharya compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
