UAE residents warned about dust, poor visibility

UAE, Mar 17 (Khaleej Times): The climate has been hazy this week with light rains in some parts of the emirates. Be prepared for rains over the weekend as the weather continues to be cloudy and unstable.

The National Center of Meteorology & Seismology has now issued a warning about poor visibility of fewer than 2000 metres due to sand/dust as fresh winds hit the sea.

Precautions are to be taken while hitting the roads as poor visibility could lead to accidents.

There was a rain forecast for the weekend as increased cloud activity could lead to showers. The unstable weather will stay until Sunday, reported NCMS.
