Mangaluru, Jan 11: In order to ensure Dakshina Kannada district once again regains top position in board exams, Vikas Education Trust has announced a two-day contact classes plus 2 months mentoring programme, where 10th standard students studying in state and CBSE boards in the district can visit Vikas PU College on Saturday January 14 and Sunday January 15 and attend the 'full marks 100/100' workshop, from 9 am to 4 pm.
The important points, questions, tips to excel in maths and science will be shared by the eminent faculty of Vikas ACE Coaching, which is well-known for producing toppers every year.
All the participating students will get two sets of model papers, career path chart, 'Score Even More' booklet and access to clarify doubts with the faculty of Vikas on weekends. Also, tips to beat exam fear will be given to students to realize their fullest potential.
This workshop is absolutely free of cost and totally sponsored by Vikas Education Trust. Complementary lunch and snacks will be provided to all.

Scoring top marks in II PU board exams is easy, but securing top ranks in entrance exams is difficult. Certain tips, tricks and short cut methods are the key factors, which are usually discussed only in coaching classes. It is difficult for meritorious students from economically weaker sections of the society to pay thousands of rupees and avail the NEET and CET coaching. Therefore, this year, soon after board exams, the meritorious students from economically weaker sections of the society irrespective of caste, creed religion will be given 100% scholarship plus books and study materials, sponsored Vikas Education Trust chairman Krishna J Palemar. The selection of the students will be made purely as per the merit list.
They will have these entrance exam coaching classes from March 29 this year, every day between 9 am to 6:30 pm till April 30. To avail this scholarship, the student must have secured 85% and above in 10th standard final exams, I PUC final exams and II PUC mid-term exams.
