Mangaluru: Land Trades holds bhoomi puja for 'Melody', 'Vasundhara' inaugurated

Mangaluru, Nov 8: Bhoomi puja of a new residential project 'Melody’ by Land Trades Builders and Developers was held on November 8.

Situated in the heart of the city at Bendore, 'Melody' will feature two and three bedroom apartments in areas ranging from 825 sq ft to 1465 sq ft. Presently, only two 3 BHK apartments in the first and fourth floors, measuring 1465 sq ft, are available.

'Vasundhara', a residential project of Land Trades Builders and Developers situated near Marigudi Temple in Urwa was inaugurated on Sunday November 8.

Mangaluru South MLA J R Lobo inaugurated 'Vasundhara' by lighting the traditional lamp.


















 

Addressing the gathering in his inaugural address, Lobo said, "K Shrinath Hebbar has always provided quality. This is how people will trust the constructors. If a the society has to be developed, then everyone must join their hands. Mangaluru is going to become smart city and it is good that lot of buildings are coming up here. The foreigners who visit Mangaluru never return to their places without expressing their love and gratitutde for our city."

Managing director of Land Trades K Shrinath Hebbar annouced that all the 20 flats were sold out before the inauguration itself.

Mementos were presented to the guests on this occasion.

Shashidhar Hegde, Shrinath Hebbar, Bhaskar Moliy, Anand K, T K Sudheer and others were also present. Manohar Prasad compered the ceremony.

'Vasundhara' comprises a total of 20 flats of two and three bed rooms measuring 1075 sq ft to 1185 sq ft (for 2BHK) and 1315 sq ft to 1410 sq ft (for 3 BHK)respectively. The road facing portion of the ground floor offers commercial space.
