Mumbai, Dec 8: “The vast attitude, creativity, determination and helping nature, leadership qualities possessed by Bunt communities have made them famous in whole world. They can achieve anything. In the present day, many Bunts are in high positions, which is because of our forefathers who showed way to us. When land act came into effect, many Bunts fled from their native, worked hard in foreign states and educated their children. Today in different fields they are presenting their talents. The pro-social activities by Mulund Bunt’s are really appreciable” said Dr M Mohan Alva, working president of Alvas Education Foundation.

He spoke after inaugurating Mulund Bunts seventh anniversary programme and the youth division. He also released ‘Kalash’ memorial issue at Mahakavi Kalidas Theatre in Mulund West.

Dr Sathyaprakash Shetty of Mulund Bunt’s presided over the function. Shanker B Shetty president of Mumbai Bunts Association, Actor Dayanand Shetty, Nagriguthu  Vivek Shetty founder of Mulund Bunts were present on the occasion. 

Shankar B Shetty in his address said from past seven years Mulund Bunts fame has reached to great heights, not only Mumbai but also in native place which is because of the unity among Mulund Bunts. This is the reason for the success of the organization, he added.
