Mumbai: Pancha Dhoomavathi Garodi Seva Trust holds general body meeting

Mumbai, Sep 5: Thonse Brahma Baidarkala Pancha Doomavati Garodi Seva Trust held their fourth annual general body meeting at Billava Bhavan auditorium, Santa Cruz east on the morning of September 4. Its president Nithyananda D Kotian presided over the meeting.

Thonse SBBPGS trust Mumbai vice president C K Poojary and Bharati C Poojary and executive committee member Soma T Suvarna and Hira S Suvarna couples were honoured on completing gold jubilee of married life.

Students Saundarya R Poojary, Siddarth K Poojary, Aryan Kotian, Anusooya Jaya Poojary, Aryan Chandrashekar Poojary and international sportsperson Adi Ravi Poojary were handed over scholarships. Prathik Poojary and Nagaraj Poojary were handed over monetary help for education and medical expenses respectively.

Sachin N Poojary of auditors S N Poojary and company, Shanker Sunvarna, Vittal C Poojary, Soma Suvarna, Vittal S Poojary, Udaya N Poojary, Bharati Suvarna, Laxmi D Anchan, Kasturi R Kalianpur, Mradula Arun Kotian, Ashok M Kotian, Sadananada B Poojary and other members gave their opinions and suggestions.

Homage was paid to advisor Gopal Palan Kallianpur and others who passed away recently.

Laksmi D Anchan sang a prayer. Karunaker B Poojary tabled a report of previous year’s meeting. Vijay Sanil tabled annual accounts. Vishwanath Thonse introduced the felicities. Sanjiva Poojary Thonse rendered a vote of thanks.
