Mumbai: Jarandaya Seva Samithi holds annual meeting

Mumbai, Aug 29: Mulki Kubevooru Jarandaya Seva Samithi held their annual meeting at Hotel Swad auditorium, Mulund west on August 28.

The meeting consisted of previous year’s accounts and their approval, election of new committee, formation of ladies wing and other subjects. The meeting re-elected Bhasker S Shetty as the president.

Jagadish M Shetty was elected vice president, Santhosh J Bhandary as secretary, Diwaker S Shetty as treasurer, Shanker N Shetty as assistant secretary, Sridhar Poojary as assistant treasurer and advocate Ramanna M Bhandary as advisor.

Savita Suresh Shetty was elected president of ladies wing. Sujaya B Shetty was elected secretary of the ladies wing and Shakuntala Shetty was elected treasurer of the ladies wing.

President Bhasker Shetty sought the cooperation of all to unite and take the committee forward.

Ramanna Bhandary welcomed, gave an introduction, congratulated the new office bearers and assured of his cooperation always.

Former president Sadashiva Shetty, Suresh Shetty, Jaya Shetty, Raghu Shetty, Shiva Poojary and other members expressed their opinions. Ladies wing sang a prayer. Suresh Shetty rendered a vote of thanks..
