Puttur, Aug 6: A class 9 student, who fell from an apartment building at Boluvaru on Friday August 5 evening, succumbed to injuries on Saturday August 6.
Sushan Rai, a student of Sudana residential school, son of Manohar Rai, retired manager of Padmunja branch of Canara Bank and president of Boluvaru Shri Durgaparameshwari Malaraya Sparivara Kshethra, is the unfortunate victim of this tragedy.
Sushan did not go home after school on Friday evening. He went to Boluvaru apartment building. Within few moments he was seen on the ground of the apartment building. In the CCTV it can be seen that Sushan entered the premises of the apartment building at 4.20 pm. Within minutes he fell from the upper story of the building. His school bag was found on the fifth floor.
Sushan is survived by his father Manohar Rai, mother Sudha M Rai and brother Sohan Rai.
