It's very unlikely that any mother would give a chocolate to a child early in the morning; and how the bus operators thought of opening her mouth and checking unless she was panting for breath?

RIP little angel Lord who knows your thoughts? Who knows your ways? Whenever god is in need of angel in his garden he looks down from above and selects the best. Children are god's property.he entrust them to parents to look after them. He will pluck it out whenever he wishes. We are no one to argue with him Only we can say this is the will of God and praise be to his name forever

Very sad and tragic same time .What was the cause of her death nobody knows ?Why was mother carried and brought? Was she not feeling well or water on the way ?Really got choked with chocolate in her throat ?Then could have put finger and taken out ?Before taking to doctor someone could just give first aid to her by giving heart massage and then to doctor.Heartfelt sympathy to her family.May the little angel rest in peace with angels above.

How is it assumed that the chocolate actually choked her. The report does not say so. There could be many reasons.

Very strange. Has the Chocolate entered her breathing pipe and choked her?. Had heard of an incident in which a kid who was about to vomit was held back by his older brother by placing his hand on the mouth so that it does not spill onthe floor. the elder brother carried him to the bathroom so that he vomits there. unfortunately the kid died of choking.
