Mumbai, July 4: Association of medical consultants celebrated their 51st anniversary and Doctor’s Day at Balagandharva Ranga Mandira, Bandra on Sunday, July 3.

Chief guest Dr Himmatrao Bavaskar presented a supreme expert award for the year 2022-23 for his lifetime service to Dr Suresh S Rao. The programme was sponsored by Gallafar organization. Padmashree Dr Himmat Bavaskar, Pramodini Himmatrao, AMC former president and office bearers were felicitated by Dr Neelima Vaidya Bhamare, Secretary Dr Hemanth Dugud, managing trustee Dr Gurudas Kulkarni and AMC India director Dr Lalith Kapur.

Dr Suman Bijnani and Harshita Pancholi Ganesh rendered vote of thanks. Dr Himmat Rao released Grass newspaper edited by Ashok Modi. Sameer Dathe and Deepali Dathe couple sang songs in memory of Lata Mangeshkar, Bappi Lehri and Krishnakumar Kunnath.

Several dignitaries from the medical sector and office bearers of various organizations were present.
