Mumbai: Kukke Subramanya seer visits the renovated BSKBA Gokula Mandira

Mumbai, Jun 28: Sri Vidyaprasanna Theertha Swamiji of Kukke Subramanya math visited on Monday, June 27 Gokula mandira here renovated by Bombay South Canara Brahmins association and Gopalakrishna Public trust. He lit Arati to the newly installed Gopalakrishna deity and blessed the devotees.

Gulabi Krishna charitable trust founder, president Dr Shivarama K Bhandary, BSKB association and Gopalakrishna Public trust president Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel and Vijayalaxmi S Rao couple performed pada pooje to the seer. Dr Suresh Rao and secretary A P K Pothi welcomed the seer with flower bouquet and handed over Krishna Darshana the souvenir, edited by senior journalist of Gokula Brahmakalashotsava K L Kundantaya. They also gave details to the seer of the specialty of the temple and the complex.

Chief priests Srinivas Bhat Daregudde and Gopala Bhat performed poojas, conducted Arati, distributed Theertha Prasada and blessed.

BSKBA vice president Shailini Rao, ladies wing president I K Prema S Rao, Gopalakrishna Public trust trustee B Ramananda Rao, Krishna Acharya, Jerimeri S N Udupa, Gokula Bhajana Mandali committee president Dr Sahana A Pothi and other office bearers, P Umesh Rao, S R V Kalluraya, Smitha Bhat, Shantala S Udupa, Shakuntala Samaga, Sudhir R L Shetty, Karnataka Rajyotsava award recipient Yakshagana artist Mohammed Gouse, Bala Rao Bhandup, Tara Bhujanga Rao and others were present.
