Mangaluru, May 20: After a long wait, coastal wood movie Raj Sounds and Lights directed by Rahul Amin and produced by Anand Kumpala was released on May 20.
Raj Sounds and Lights promises to be a complete family entertainer that keeps you on the edge of the seat. The storyline of the movie revolves around VJ Vineeth (Rishi) who takes the responsibility of sounds and lights of a wedding ceremony Raj Sounds and Lights which is owned by his dad (Naveen D Padil). Rishi’s journey from there and the challenges he faces on his way with many twists and turns forms a part of the movie's plot.
Actress Chaitra Shetty as Chimpu and Karishma Amin as Megha play prominent roles in the movie which builds connectivity with VJ Vineeth’s (Rishi) journey and his challenges.
VJ Vineeth's acting skills are memorable in Raj Sounds and Lights and he has proven that he is a versatile actor that a director can bank upon. The audience will definately remember Vineeth's performance for a long time.
Yasha Shivakumar (Nisha) who plays VJ Vineeth’s (Rishi) love interest has justified her role in the movie. It was a dream debut for Yasha who looked confident by her performance. While Aravind Bolar, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty were best in the business through their perfect comedy timing.
Rahul Amin who has donned the director’s cap has delivered a neat and crisp family entertainer. Rahul Amin has perfectly directed and given a complete shape to the story penned by Vineeth which has an impressive screenplay.
Apart from being entertaining, the movie has twists and turns with an unpredictable climax that makes it even more engaging for the audiences. Raj Sounds and Lights consists of a lot of positives including the songs and background score that connects to the storyline.
The movie is co-produced by B Ashok Kumar, Seetharam Shetty, Ajay Baliga, Suhan Prasad, Pawan Kumar, Nithin Raj Shetty and Arpith Adyar. Associate producers are Swastik Acharya, Sheikh Thoufeeq and Prashant Shetty. Jithesh Kumar is the executive producer.
The story is penned by VJ Vineeth while screenplay is written by director Rahul Amin along with VJ Vineeth.
‘Raj Sound & Lights’ has music by Srajan Kumar Tonse, editing by Plangle Studio, dialogues by Girgit fame Prasanna Shetty Bailoor, stunts by Chethan D’Souza and choreography by Naveen Shetty Aryans. The DoP is Paddayi fame Prasad P and assisted by Jacob Johnson.
