Mumbai, May 9: The Brahmakalashotsava of the Gokula Mandira newly renovated by Bombay South Canara Brahmins association and Gopalakrishna Public trust was inaugurated by Udupi Palimar seer Vidyadheesha Theertha Sripada. Udupi Pejavar mutt seer Vishwaprasanna Theertha Sripada, Udupi Kaniyoor mutt seer Vidyavallabha Theertha Sripada,, Udupi Adamar mutt junior seer Ishapriya Sripada, Edanoor nutt Kasargod seer Sachidananda Bharathi Theertha Sripada and Kateel temple priest Vedamurthi Laxminaryana Asranna took part in the historic event, spoke and blessed.

BJP Karnataka state president, Dakshina Kannada district MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said that we should progress by taking into serious consideration the almighty, religion and the nation.

North Mumbai Loksabha constituency MP Gopal C Shetty, Jagathika Bantara Okkoota president Aikala Harish Shetty, Bantara Sangha Mumbai president Chandrahas K Shetty, Billavara association Mumbai president Harish G Ameen, Tulu Sangha Baroda president Shashidhar B Shetty Guruvayanakere and Tulu Okkoota Foundation Nalasopara president Shashidhar K Shetty Innanje spoke and conveyed their wishes as Guests of honour.

“The building has come up due to uninterrupted unity, hard work and patience between us. We did not do it, but the almighty got it done,” said Suresh Rao.

Parel Srinivas Bhat sang a prayer. BSKBA treasurer CA Haridas Bhat welcomed and introduced the guests. Pejavar mutt Mumbai branch management officer Dr Renjala Ramadas Upadhyaya described the unique Sripada. BSKBA vice president Shailini Rao, secretary A P K Pothi, former president K Subbanna Rao and Gopalakrishna Public trust trustee member B Ramananda Rao honoured the guests. Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel felicitated the guests, donors and promoters. Vice president Vaman Holla rendered a vote of thanks.
