Mumbai, Apr 11: The 25th annual Rama Navami was celebrated on April 10 at the Adamar math Mumbai branch, one of the eight Ashta maths established at Udupi. Vishwapriya Swamiji offered pooja to the deity, conducted Rama Navami according to tradition, gave a discourse and blessed the devotees.

Pachamratha Abhishekar, Harikrishna Bhajana Mandali, Ashraya Nerul and Vagdevi Bhajana Mandalis performed Bhajans in the morning. Mahapooja and Annasantarpane were held in the afternoon. Srinidhi Bhat and Srivatsa Bhat team presented Hindustani music, Keerthi Chadaga and Sukanya Bhat and party performed Bharatha Natyam, Geetha Bhat and party Talamaddale. The Sripada gave special discourse, distributed Mangala Mantakshate and blessed the devotees after the Chariot festival in the evening.

B R Restaurant private limited managing director B R Shetty, BSKB association president Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel, Dinesh Kotian, Ashok Devadiga, Naresh Bole and others were honoured by the Sripada with shawls, mementos and flower bouquets.
