Mumbai, Apr 11: Annual Vasanthotsava for 2022 is in progress at Balaji Mandira fame, Laxmi Venkataramana temple, Vashi. Maha Sahasra community Kumkuma Archana rituals were held here in the evening on April 9.

Well known doctor, social worker Shefali Vaidya spoke about the role of women in society. Committee president Deepak B Shenoy explained the religious programmes held during Vasanthotsava and requested community members to participate in the World Saraswath conference at Vashi on May 1. Samyameendra Sripada gave a discourse and blessed. More than one thousand women took part.

GSB Sabha Navi Mumbai president S R Pai, chief convener Mohandas Mallya, honorary secretary Vasanth Kumar Bantwal, joint secretary Surendranath Kamath, trust members Jayanth Prabhu, Nithin Prabhu, Sandesh Kamath, Rajiv Vadyar, Shivananda Shenoy, office bearers and members were present.

GSB Sabha Navi Mumbai women’s wing president Seema S Pai welcomed. Gauri Hanumantha Bhat gave details of the tradition.
