Mumbai: Discourse held at Adamar math to prepare for Ram Navami festival

Mumbai, April 4: Annual religious and cultural programmes were inaugurated and a discourse on Ramayana was conducted by Vishwatheertha Sripada as preparations for 25th annual Rama Navami festival for 2022 at Andheri Irla Adamar math auditorium in the evening on March 2.

Junior seer Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji blessed and said that every day is a festival for Hindus. Both the seers performed poojas to the deity and conducted discourses. Vitala Bhajana Mandali Mira Road performed bhajans earlier. Laxminarayana Muchintaya, divan of Adamar math, Mumbai welcomed and gave an introduction.

Parel Srinivas Bhat, priests P K Tantri, Sarvajnya Udupa, Balakrishna Udupa, Narayana Desai, Giridhar Rao Shirathi, Sudhir R L Bhat, Indira S Udupa, Vani Rajesh Rao, Srisha R Rao and others were present.

Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji will be holding discourse on Ramayana from 5.30 pm to 7 pm every day from April 2 to April 10. The festival will be celebrated with religious and cultural fervour on April 10 from 7 am to 8.30 pm. Laxminarayana Muchintaya and Padubidri Rao of Adamar math Mumbai branch have requested devotees to take part in the rituals and be blessed by the deity.
