The information workshop organized by Dr Shivarama Bhandary, managing director of Shiva's Hair Designers Pvt Ltd, at the Shiva's Academy Hall at Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West on Monday. Vinod Chopra said that from time to time, no enterprises will fall behind. Instead, the business needs to be progressively faster. He therefore advised to think ahead to the future without worrying about the present.

Shivarama Bhandary, talking about the presently hair is more expensive than diamond and pearl gold. "Hairdressers should worry about the plight of those suffering from hair loss. Only those without hair know it’s worth. We need to do our duty to care for peoples beauty and skin. Shivas dreamed of forming a Dream Team in view of all these issues," he said. 

Former minister of Minority Accounts of the Government of India Najma A Heptullah honoured Dr Shivarama Bhandary for Shivas Academy for the achievement of over 6,000 children who have been trained as professionals in the field of hairdressing. Former chief minister of the state of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis also honored Shivas with the Certificate of Skills Training. Shivas achievers Shweta R Bhandary, Mohammed Ilias, Ritesh Chauhan, Mamata Jaiswal and Savita R Bhandary were honoured for the excellence in service.

Shivas Family Anushree Shivarama Bhandary (director) CA Naveen Joshi, Ravi Bhandary, Abhishek Bhandary, Manjunath Bhandary and others were present. Melissa D'Costa welcomed the gathering. Raghava V Bhandari hosted the event. Mohamed Ilias gave the vote of thanks.
