Mangaluru: 'LCS GOT TALENT' show organised at Lourdes Central School

Mangaluru, Mar 11: As the adageby Albert Einstein goes that creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what no one else has thought, goes, to bring out and exhibit the inherent, inbuilt talents of the Lourdites, a LCS talent show under the guidance of principal Fr Robert D'Souza.

The school conducted “LCS GOT TALENT” for class IV and V. The students got an opportunity to present a heart winning performance, with various events like singing, dancing, rap, mimicry, instrumental music, yoga asanas, martial arts and lot more. Cultural art forms like Yakshagana and Bharatnatyam were also performed.

 

The event started with an invocation followed by a prayer song led by the choir group.

The principal in his message stressed on the importance of multi tasking and overall growth of the Lourdites, and how they can balance their academics with their special interests and talents. Fr Robert D'souza, Fr Anush D'chuna, Belita Mascarenhes, Shanti along with some of our lourdites lit a lamp to mark the beginning of the event.

Fr John Baptist Saldanha, manager and Fr Suraj Lobo were also a part of this event.

Along with the school management, the parents and teachers poured out their heart and love for this event by guiding the children.

The programme ended with a vote of thanks by Aiden D'Souza of class IV.

It was a memorable event in which all sthe tudents took part with great cheer and enthusiasm.
