Doha Music Lovers Group celebrate its first anniversary

Doha, Feb 2: Doha Music Lovers Group a very well-known musical group of Qatar recently celebrated its first anniversary grandly at IICC, which was attended by many intellectuals, delegates and Music loving personalities.

Doha Music Lovers Group is a community club comprising expatriates from India, Pakistan and Nepal, the group was launched last year on 8th of Jan 2021, with a goal in mind to provide musical platform to the budding artist of Doha wherein they can showcase their talent to the entire world, towards this Doha Music Lovers Group tied up with Channel 5 as its media partner. Since its inception the group has been joined by many young and talented singers and dancers of Doha.

The Doha Music Lovers group has gained huge popularity among fans and viewers because it is providing chance to new artist every time and this time they have even encouraged the special kid to perform at the show, this shows the broad view of their Chairman Syed Rafi in encouraging people with talent and openness in doing things differently and gracefully. Last year during covid19 Doha Music Lovers Group conducted Voice of World singing contest which was participated by more than 650 singers from across the world in Hindi and Telugu languages and the show ran for three months successfully.

The eminent dignitaries who were present at the first Anniversary of Doha Music Lovers Group were Ziad Usman ICBF president, Vinod Nair ICBF vice president, K S Prasad ICC Advisory Council chairperson, Rajani Murthy Medical Camps Incharge at ICBF, Gadde Srinivas president of Telangana Praja Samithi, Dinesh Gowda Head of Insurance at ICBF, Venkappa Bhagavatula president of Andhra Kala Vedika, Prem Kumar Boddu General Secretary of Telangana Gulf Samithi, Harika vice-president of Telangana Jagruthi Qatar, Rakesh Goel vice-president of Central Indian Association, Ashok Raj treasurer, Vandana Raj joint cultural secretary and Richa Goel secretary Public Relations of CIA.

The programme was grandly organised by Syed Rafi and his team with spectacular performances by Doha Music Lovers Group singers and dancers, namely Mohinder Jalandhary, Jaweed Bajwa, Shiva Priya, Jamshaid Bajwa, Arif Rayees, Venkappa, MadhuVanteru, Aslam Cheniyery, Rejin, KavitaMurugan, Pooja Murugan, Shruti Kadapa, Muthumeenal, Arun Lakshmanan, Vinod Nair, Sara Ali Khan and Fathima Shaja, people danced to the tunes of singers and dancers which was mesmerising and cherished by each and every individual present at the venue.

Ziad Usman president of ICBF congratulated Syed Rafi for conducting such a wonderful programme and he expressed his desire to be part of all his programmes. Vinod Nair vice-president of ICBF said that it’s not an easy task to conduct such kind of programme with so much ease and professionalism, and he said Kudos to Syed Rafi and his team for surpassing all the expectations. KS Prasad ICC Advisory Council chairperson said that he was closely watching the growth of Doha Music Lovers Group since its inception and he observed how the Doha Music Lovers Group changed from the day one to present with lot of Musical personalities joining the group. Gadde Srinivas managing director of Dana World Contracting Company said that it was an excellent programme which surpassed all the expectations and he is happy to be associated with Syed Rafi in all his ventures.

Vandana Raj a prominent poetess wished Doha Music Lovers Group to celebrate many more successful anniversaries ahead and expressed her desire that she would like to be part of each of it. Rajani MurthyHead of Medical Camps and Medical Assistance at ICBF said that she was also there when Doha Music Lovers group was launched last year and she is very happy to be part of its first anniversary celebrations too.

Syed Rafi thanked all the dignitaries and invitees for their valuable presence at the event and for supporting all his initiatives, he specially thanked his team members Mohammed Atif and Fahad Bajwa for coordinating brilliantly and making excellent arrangements. Jaweed Bajwa a prominent expatriate singer from Pakistan said, that he is glad to be part of Doha Music Lovers Group. The show was concluded with vote of thanks by Mohinder Jalandhary a prominent Punjabi singer in Doha, who also hosted the programme along with Vandana efficiently.
