Bantwal: Auto rickshaw driver arrested for sexual harassing minor girl

Bantwal, Feb 1: Vittal police arrested an auto rickshaw driver on the accusation of sexually harassing a minor girl.

The arrested person is identified as Abdul Nasir. He used to take a minor girl who is familiar to him to school. He used to frequently visit her home also. Nasir was warned against visiting the house.

When the mother of the victim further interrogated the girl, she came to know that the accused had sexually harassed her. A complaint was filed in Vittal police station.

A case under POCSO is filed against the accused.

    i am just wondering how come a person who prays five times a day can rape a minor or smuggle gold in rectum or sell drugs or steal cattle? yes..if one does it out of 100 I can understand..but here 99 does that out of 100..that is what worries me....rapists, smugglers are there in other cultures and religions also but definitely not to the extent, especially in twin districts for sure..it seems in twin districts your religion people are doing only illegal activities except may be one percent who are in gulf or decently employed??...so it is high time you people call conferences or get togethers in mosques and discuss on this point and prevent your brethern from doing such illegal and heinous things..

Nasir was warned against visiting the house." ....daak mein kuch kaala hai...the girl after interrogation confessed that this guy was doing like this...how far this can be believed? i think it is again some monetary or material gain that was demanded was not given...hence the complaint...i am not defending the culprit but let us go case by case...

    dear blind bhakt...i have written clearly case by case and i have also explained that I am not supporting but the news story how it appears on this website makes you think...if one kidnaps or forcefully takes a girl or a woman and rapes, it is called rape..if a person does 10 times and then at the 11th occasion someone says it is rape...i cannot agree with it...isnt it? hope your gobar brain is able to absorb this simple fact...you wait and see in future any act that is outright heinous will be condemned by me whether the person belongs to minority or majority...

    Whenever these kind of culprits go to police custody , lawyers are ready with bail application . In our society whoever visits the jail he will be portrayed as acHero! The law of land frees the accused . So strict action is required to punish !!!
