Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (SP)

Udupi, Jan 15: A young man ended his life by lying on the railway track before a moving train. The incident took place near Kunjoor near Padubidri during the late night hours of Friday January 14.

The man who died in this manner was Rajesh Shetty (35). It is said that he lied down across the railway tracks in order to end his life.

His body was torn into pieces due to the weight and force of the train. Reasons for taking such an extreme step are unknown.

Padubidri police, who have registered a case, are probing the incident further. A team led by Asif Apatbandhava arranged to send the mortal remains of the man to the mortuary at Padubidri.

Rajesh Shetty, Govt is in a denial mode, Forget about making a note of this tragic incident, They have no clue what happened during Demonetization, no idea about the Chinese incursion into our territory, No clue about the economy, In Fact, clueless about the country and economy and the hardship faced by the common man, What a pathetic situation to be in. We are forever doomed..

Very sad.Was young.could have made something out in his life instead of laying on the railway trackes Of course everyone has his own problems .That means simply end life also is a not solution.Best is think a bit more try something or everything to get out of your misery...Here I think he didnt ended his life by self,I would tip of something, either someone laid him there after some mord or theft?attempt?Or after drinking didnt know what is his own bed or tracks? So long we dont know anything shouldnt give any comments.May his soul rest in peace.Hope his relatives will be found soon and reason too.Cant the railway personal couldnt recognize from far that a person is lyingdown there?

It is not lock down issue. People earlier used to have friends outside of their community, with whom they could offload grief and tension. Within community, the fear is it will reach back family etc. Now such friendship is broken, so one has to bear the stress alone.

I don't want to make anyone responsible here as the reason for his act is not known to us. But now a days most of our young boys have realized that they have been taken for a ride in the name of Achhe Din. Unemployment ,job loss, inflation, default in loan repayment..our youths are going through the most difficult phase in their lives. Next time vote wisely and choose a candidate who can deliver regardless of the he belongs to.My thoughts are with his loved ones. Om Shanthi
