Fire in MTNL Building at Kandivali

Mumbai, Dec 3: A fire broke out this morning at a three-storeyed MTNL building in suburban Kandivali, fire brigade officials said.

"A fire broke out at the MTNL building in Samta Nagar in Kandivali at 10am following which eight fire engines and five water tankers were rushed to the spot," a fire official said.



There were no causalities in the incident, they said, adding, the cause of fire and the extent of damage is yet to be ascertained.

However, the situation is under control.
